Villa Amadeo Elderly Home is a family owned business, operated and administered by Mother-daughter team Winarti Gellegani and Monalisa Anonuevo.  Both are also caregivers of the facility.

Winarti Gellegani has been in the elderly caregiving industry for years. She has a midwife and nursing degree,  was a registered nurse in Palembang, Indonesia and a volunteer nurse in Cavite, Philippines.
